Terms of Service for Celeste Hosting

Celeste Hosting, hereafter referred to as "Celeste Hosting", "Celeste Host", "CelesteHost", "Celeste", "Us", or "We," agrees to provide services to the End User, subject to the following Terms of Service ("ToS"). The terms "Customer", "Client", and "You" refer to the user. The use of Celeste Hosting's services constitutes acceptance and agreement to the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and ToS. All contract provisions are subject to change at the discretion of Celeste Hosting, with the Subscriber understanding that such changes shall not justify early contract termination or non-payment. Acceptance of these terms implies agreement to the Privacy Policy, with Celeste Hosting authorized to accept these agreements
1. Eligibility
Celeste Hosting is prohibited by law from allowing the following groups of users to purchase services:
- Users not able to sign legally binding contracts
- Users under the age of 13 without parental/legal consent
- Users living in countries sanctioned by the United Kingdom, or users otherwise unable to purchase Britain goods or services
Celeste Hosting reserves the right to amend this list at any time with or without warning. Celeste Hosting also reserves the right to deny services to a user for any reason whether or not it is provided on this list.
2. Governing Law
Legal claims associated with Celeste Hosting Ltd are subject to the laws of Great Britain (GB).
3. Privacy Policy
Celeste Hosting maintains the ability to make changes to this agreement without any prior notice. Any modifications or replacements will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page. It is recommended that users regularly review the agreement to stay updated with any changes.
4. Service Description
Celeste Hosting provides hosting services, including server resources, for online activities such as server and game hosting.
5. Server Hardware
Server resources are stated here, subject to plan selection. Celeste Hosting monitors and adjusts resources for optimal performance.
6. Resource Allocations
To ensure fair usage and optimal server performance, Celeste Hosting may employ resource optimization measures, adjusting CPU and RAM allocations.
7. Network Disruptions/Unfriendly Activity
Use of services to disrupt networks is prohibited, with violations leading to termination. Celeste Hosting's DDoS protection is not guaranteed and if a DDoS attack gets past our filter, please inform us immediately so we can solve the issue
8. Liability
Celeste Hosting is not responsible for data loss, disruption, or any other loss of data. Disruption, delay, or disconnection of services for any period is not the liability of Celeste Hosting.
9. Intellectual Property
Celeste Hosting maintains sole ownership of its logos, images, digital content, and branding displayed on its website and services. Unauthorized utilization of these assets may result in legal consequences, termination of user accounts, and other appropriate remedies.
10. Refunds
Our refund policy applies to new server purchases made within 72 hours and PayPal overpayments (in most cases). However, please note that completed addons, service renewals, or upgrades are not eligible for refunds. If you wish to request a refund, please make sure to do so through a billing ticket and avoid initiating PayPal Disputes or Chargebacks. Refunds will be credited back to the original PayPal account. Please review our refund policy carefully before proceeding with your request.
11. Terminations
Celeste Hosting does not typically provide refunds for service termination, including instances of chargebacks. In such cases, customers may also face future bans on purchasing services. Termination can happen for various reasons, and it is important to note that refunds are generally not issued in these circumstances.
12. Cancellations
To terminate services, clients must cancel through the billing area. Celeste Hosting is not responsible for unintended payments from automatic subscriptions. Accidental payments may be refunded if promptly reported to support.
13. Non-payment
Clients unable to pay must contact Celeste Hosting promptly to explore solutions. Failure to pay may result in service termination, data loss, or additional costs.
14. Overdue
Overdue services are suspended within 24 hours and terminated within 7 days, leading to data deletion.
15. Support
Support is a freemium additional service provided by Celeste Hosting, subject to removal without notice.
16. Unfair Usage
Services found bypassing set restrictions may be terminated. Server resources especially the CPU and RAM must not be excessively abused.
17. Illegal Usage
Services may not be used for illegal purposes, with violators subject to termination.
18. Account Inactivity
An inactive client is defined as a client with no active products, services, addons, or domains for 4 months or longer. After 6 months of inactivity, we reserve the right to delete inactive clients if we choose to do so. This progress is irreversible and will erase all of the customer's data.
19. Fraud
Any fraud attempts result in termination, with information forwarded to a fraud database.
20. Prices
Service prices are updated automatically, with the right to adjust exchange rates. Existing service prices may be unaffected, but future changes will be communicated in advance.
21. Programs
Public disclosure of program details is prohibited. Celeste Hosting may change program terms, terminate agreements, or refuse withdrawal.
